Overview

 IndieMat is a free web site system(CMS) catered to Indie Rockers.  It is meant to be a cheap way to get a decent site online, and be versatile enough for those who are designers and/or coders, to customize it fully and easily.  Some details I tried to implement:

• Pure CSS template
• Mostly compliant XHTML
• Modular system
• XHTML and PHP separated as much as possible
• Highly commented PHP code

The Engine

• It's a component based, this main one is the content component.  Others will include: music, photos, calendar, Jukebox.
• The site is edited from an online back end management system  and on publish, creates a static version from the database.
